• No Returns on Fireworks
    Due to the nature of our products, fireworks and crackers once sold and dispatched cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged Products
    If any product is received damaged, customers must inform us immediately with clear photos/videos of the package and product for verification.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items
    If an incorrect product or quantity is received, please contact us promptly so that we can review and resolve the issue.
  • Refund Eligibility
    Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after verification of the issue and will be subject to our return and refund conditions.
  • Order Cancellation
    Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
